'Willuna' is a beautiful safe haven for over 200 Australian native, exotic and farm animals alike.. We have now opened our doors to provide a peaceful farm stay retreat... When you visit Willuna you will have the chance to meet, interact with and learn about many different species of animal, animal resuce and some harrowing stories of survival. Our 63 acre Sanctuary is located between the historic gold mining towns of Beechworth and Chiltern in Victoria's stunning high country. We are right on the footsteps of Mt Pilot Chiltern National Park and only 10 mins from the famous Woolshed Falls. A truly unique experience for all ages.

  • A stay at Willuna Sanctuary is your chance to experience up close encounters with over 200 of our furry residents. One night stays are welcome, 2 night stays include a private farm tour. You'll have the opportunity to learn, interact with, feed and pet our animals.

    All guests are able to interact with and learn more about our animals whilst enjoying our 63 acre parklike grounds at any time. Our many facilities include a childrens playground, rustic entertainment barn with indoor firepit & BBQ plus our solar heated swimming pool (open 24 hours all year round)

Farm Stay

Miners cabin
Your very own Miners themed cabin located in the family area of our Sanctuary.. With only 2 cabins available you can be sure your experience at our sanctuary is private, unique and away from the hustle and bustle. With daily feeding tours and a fire lit each night in the rustic entertainment barn, a farm stay at Willuna will be a memorable experience for all ages. We are pet friendly and do our best to ensure all guests come away with a deeper love for animals, animal rescue and the importance of animal education and welfare.
